The owners and staff of 911 Driving School appreciates the trust you have in us.  We take the responsibility of teaching your children very seriously and their safety is job one for us. With that in mind, we need to convey to you that we are going to suspend all drives and all classes beginning Thursday March 19, 2020.  Our projected reopen date is Monday April 13, 2020, but that is subject to change.

As of today, the BMV, under the direction of Governor DeWine, has suspended all driver’s education testing for licenses.  They have not communicated to us a date when they will resume testing, so no students will be able to get their driver’s license until they reopen.  They are extending the time your student has to get their schooling and drives done beyond the six month time frame.  We will be able to give you more information as it is disseminated to us from the state.

When it is safe to do so, we will resume classes and drives while adding times to prioritize your students that are part of the way through the process.  We will do everything in our power to get your child through our school quickly and safely.  We will have staff at our school to answer any questions you might have for the next few weeks.

Know that this was a difficult decision to make.  In the end we felt that it was important to protect the spread of COVID 19 from happening in our community.  Please do what you can to be safe and secure.

Sincerely,

Jim & Melissa Riedl
