Teen Drivers Education

Drivers’ education is a huge milestone in every teen’s life. It provides a lot of new freedom and carries a lot of responsibility. At 911 Driving School, our only goal is to prepare our students to pass their drivers’ tests and enjoy a lifetime of safe driving.

What Makes 911 Driving School for Teens Different?

It’s our instructors. At 911 Driving School, teens are taught be teachers who have all served as police officers and first responders. These instructors have knowledge and firsthand experience of everything that happens on the road, and they know how to help students retain this information and understand why defensive driving is so important.

Our students leave the program knowing what a great responsibility it is to use a driver’s license.

What Can You Expect in Our Driving Classes?

911 Driving School offers a variety of teen drivers education classes that all offer the highest-quality training at a great value.

The Teen Drivers Safety Education and Certification Course will teach students important topics such as:

  • The Foundations of Safe Driving
  • Signals, Signs, and Markings
  • Safe Driving Techniques
  • Rules of the Road
  • Knowing How Your Car Works
  • Starting and Stopping
  • Parking, Braking, and Turns
  • Roadway Conditions and Car Handling
  • Sharing the Road
  • How to Handle Emergencies
  • State Drivers Test Preparation

Along with classroom theory and instruction, students will get plenty of actual driving time with 911 Driving School instructors so they can practice their defensive driving skills on local roads and on the highway. Students can even get some extra time behind the wheel with an instructor for a small fee.

These classes are designed to fully prepare our students with the knowledge, skills, and techniques they need to pass the driver’s test and get their license.

We have divided our driving classes into different levels so students can jump right into the courses that fit their exact needs.

Check out the course descriptions below to learn more, and be sure to check with your local 911 Driving School to see if these classes are provided there.

The Basic Course

911 Driving School offers a variety of teen driver’s education programs to meet every student’s needs. The Teen Driving Basic Course is designed to teach the important foundations of safe driving. This course provides all the classroom instruction and behind-the-wheel training your state requires of new drivers. This is a great option for students who do not need a lot of extra time or attention from instructors.

Conventional Course

Doesn’t your student deserve the training, experience and knowledge only a trained officer or first responder can provide?

Our Teen Driving Conventional Course is designed for the average student who may require a little more time to learn the material. This course has the same classroom instruction as the Basic Course, but the biggest difference is that it includes more time with our very experienced and knowledgeable teachers and more behind-the-wheel training.

Advanced Course

911 Driving School is instructed by the very best police officers and first responders. Isn’t that what your student deserves?

The Teen Driving – Advanced Course is recommended for students that need a little more practice than those in the other two course options. With the same required classroom instruction as the other levels, this option provides your student with the most time behind the wheel. The Advanced Course meets your state’s basic requirements for licensing but offers the best option for preparing your student for the challenges of driving.
